Simply amazing! It's almost like a mini zoo. Worth taking family and friends there for a days trip. Lion feeding was a nice experience and the guide was very informative. Overall great atmosphere and very friendly and kind team. If going on a sunny day then make sure to take water with you - nah!! Just kidding!! You don't need to, there is a natural spring oozing out of the mountain which is very safe to drink, so fill up and drink as much as you like. Plenty of animals to see and all the animals and really taken care of. Will surely make a trip there again.

Very cool! Worth the drive out. Lion feeding was a great time to visit. My daughter wanted to take ALL the animals home with her!

For those who love nature, long walks and looking for some peace of mind. The beauty of this place simply engulfs you. Perfect for a family day trip getaway. Feeding the lions is a must see. The staff are really friendly. Nature well preserved. 2up. Must do activity in the fabulous Rotorua.

We went with our 2 and 4 year old plus grandparents and had a great afternoon out. We thought it was way better than going to zoo as it was more interactive, less people and well thought out. The keeper who was feeding the lions was fab, we thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening. Car parking was easy, entry was very reasonable, facilities superb and staff all very friendly

Decent place to bring the kids in Rotorua when the weather is fair. A decent variety of animals and some are good for hand feeding as well. Slightly on the pricey side, but they do have lions which I imagine cost a bit for upkeep. You do get a really good discount if you're a Rotorua resident.

Always a hit. Cant get so up close with the animals. Barely a fence in between. Highly recommend the lion feeding show. Otherwise just a quickie rest of the park.
