I have been going there for about 7 years very oftern and enjoy buying things there very much. There are nice people who work there . Is there somebody there that is related to my stalker I feel very sorry for you. He is a very nasty man. If you have a stalker call the rotorua police .because stalking is against the law and at times the only way you can stop a stalker. He is so bad he uses people in shops to annoy me and each time I complain to the shop.there was a miss understanding in 1983 And he hit me .I rushed and called the police . It's now 2020 and he is still stalking me 37years of stalking He needs help badly. He just cant help himself . I have found out a lot information about him and it's all bad. I had to call the police on him twice. Or more times if my stalker keeps stalking me he may end up in prison. No you cant be related to him you people are so nice

Very well organized and very cheap. Not a huge selection of clothing. But it was hard to find, as I was on foot - just follow the signs to the recycling center at the end of the road. Loads of homeware stuff and books.

Sadly the focuss on customer care has gone.....it doesn't cost anything to say hello....why did we lose all those fabulous staff before Xmas 2019...except for a couple of them they were volunteers....has red cross become a profit pulling entity or what ....the shop assistant she looked like she didn't want to be there....we enjoyed going in there to at times donate our treasures and also rumage through what was in the shop....now the life has totally been sucked out of there...this is no longer our go to place anymore.....what a shame....considering everything was donated goods....red cross what happened to humanity.....
