Great staff, has a trade desk for parts etc. Has a great range of tools in stock. Lots of parking and they offer the usual fitting services for things like light bulbs. Good purchasing experience, they had exactly what I needed.

Poor customer service from their store manager Ellen. Emailed there customer service people on Wednesday after a particular part, the customer service team said they would have the store contact me Friday they finally get in touch but don't have the part I wanted and try selling me one thats 89 more, so I replied asking if they could get one for me? No but you can order it online. Call supercheap they didn't have the part but could get it in for me at no extra cost and it would be here this afternoon so I also purchased the headunit mats and seat covers I wanted from supercheap.
