My wife recently found a type of car our son was looking for, as he was at work my wife contacted the Dealer. The salesman named Herman was outstanding , he answered all my wifes questions and explained clearly about the car. I at one stage during the day also spoke to Herman and was most impressed and just on the phone asked to buy the car!! I have had 54 years in the motor trade owning businesses, and then including time in major brands so I know when someone exceeds your expectations. The car is great well presented and serviced over and above what we expected. Our other family vehicles will need replacement one day, Rotorua Ford & Mazda be our first call.
Talked to sales manager over a week ago, asked for a pricing on new CX9, he said he would call back but never did. I also informed him that they lost the sale of our last purchase because he never called me back so expected a reply this time.
