Absolutely AWESOME experience today. First time there and they went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable, he showed and taught me how to do things to keep my car in top condition. I needed my brake pads repaired, so he got it done straight away. Once he pulled them out, he showed me the comparison between my worn pads and the new ones. Excellent first impression and stoked with the friendly service. I highly recommend them to everyone, I will not go anywhere else. Thanks guys

I knew by the noise from under the bonnet there was bad news coming and I was right. I had a blown turbo on my 2008 Subaru Forrester. Eldad clearly gave me the options to get back on the road along with an estimate of costs. I chose the option for a rebuilt exchange turbo and was advised to have a service and oil and filter change done to ensure the oil feed to the turbo was up to spec. The work done was first rate and the vehicle is running significantly smoother and there is a notable power increase, and under his initial cost estimate. There were several other minor issues which he advised me didn't require immediate attention rather than undertaking the work unnecessarily. Eldad runs a first rate team that offers great workmanship and value for money. I can't recommend Rotorua Motor Works more highly for both Japanese and European car maintenance and mechanical repair. Thanks guys I'll be back but hopefully not soon!!!!!
