Had a great experience doing this for the first time. Loved the concept . Rail cars were nice and clean . Great customer service by the lady at the reception. The commentary was not audible due to the sound of the car . Would like to see more attractions added along the route. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Staff are terrific. Excellent commentary on board. So much history packed into a comparatively small geographical area. Stunning scenery.

Great service, great safety brief, well organized but overpriced for what it is. Gets a bit boring after 40 min too. Just some constructive feedback for you guys, would be good if speakers could be adjusted in away that we can actually hear without the noise of the car going along the tracks.

Excellent for adults, need to be able to get in and out of cars though. Can take kids, might be a bit boring though. We loved it!

We had a lot of fun as a family doing this. It was recommended to me by my dad when he visited NZ. Kids had fun and the scenery along the way was lovely. You jump off at the end when turning around, stretch your legs and jump back on to go back. It was a little long for the girls, but they didn’t complain too much. I loved that it was a unique experience and learning of the area and history.
