Be very careful and avoid all dealings with this crowd. If you need towing call other company" or even hire trailer and tow your own vehicle. THey are misleading, deceptive and greedy. The police and commerce commission are aware of thier dodgy dealing! they quote one thing and charge three times that, and will never bother to explain all costs upfront. So if the worst happen to you! avoid these guys! tell the police not to call them, otherwise you will be in for shock of your life.

Person was not welcoming on the phone at all, they sound like they hate the job and don’t want to be there. Sadly it’s the only towing service available in Rotorua so I hope no one gets into any more accidents.

Every single experience from the moment I was approached by ''Andrea'' the receptionist lady and themanger' himself was absolutely disqusting these people should not be the Head or the face of a company along with there costs, they gave out false information to me and illegally held my vehicle from me for half hours time. I cannot wait for the company I went through to no longer deal with there company and joining me with laying a formal complaint and further if necessary! No words other then pure DISQUST
Average service, staff were not very friendly over the phone and even worse in person, they act like they don't want to be there, not being mean just describing my experience
customer service staff/ receptionist should really learn phone manner and chill out. Extremely rude when talking and not being helpful at all. Being firm and rude has a huge different.
