Came into rotorua Toyota to view the new utes and had great customer service from Johnny. He is very helpful and highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle.
The worst experience ever in Rotorua Toyota. The customer service is very poor. Very bad service provided by them. They were assuring me that we got hybrid engineers but still they were not succeeded to sort the problem. Not only me my friend also had very bad experience and the same he had gone 2-3 times there and also got charged but they were not succeeded to even find the problem and sort it out. They repair and do everything but then after the same problem arises after some period. They also even don't have machineries for alignment and they do that job part with the third party garage. I'll request them to take some actions on their own and improve the service.
Seriously considering a Hilux and happened to pass by, albeit 2.55pm and the guy was going to close up. Had we been local he said he would have stayed however, we were on our way back to Tauranga (clearly not local enough)! We will be looking elsewhere if Rotorua don’t want to sell cars! Shame as 2 of interest to us on the forecourt
