Best service I have had in ages. Well done to the entire team as I had dealings with all of them. Was greeted friendly when I walked into the store, assistance was offered immediately and they understood my needs. They went over and above to meet and exceed my expectations. Thank you very much.

worse company to ever deal with.. had 2 sofa beds.. bought in August..by December they were had it. springs popping out. material and stitching coming undone. had to send back. chased them for over 2 weeks. said they were over used and wouldnt be under warranty. DISGUSTED and disappointed . you don't even deserve the 1 star.
Terrible service, we won't be buying from you again. If you don't want to work for a company, find another job. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully and be greeted by a friendly face
I have been in twice and the 2 women serving can not stop chatting to assist. The dark haired woman is so rude and ignorant if you ask for help, I would hate to be her boss. So many people out of work, they must be able to do better.
