We have experienced absolutely first rate customer service on both occasions we have shopped in this store, first for a dining table and now for a new mattress. John and Vaneet made our in store experience today a real pleasure, helping us to get the right mattress at an incredible price. I have spent the last 20 plus years working and retail and it's refreshing to shop in a store where they have a professional, engaging attitude towards customer service and are committed to customer satisfaction.
