Guys were 15 minutes off closing on a Saturday of a long weekend but still happy as to sort out our trailer's puncture. Proper life saver as we were from out of town. Legends. Went to pay and he didn't even want to charge us. Highly recommend.

Fantastic friendly service, very accommodating, clean toilet & waiting room area, quick service to. I had 4 new tyres put on & only took half hour. Highly recommend, great price as well. Beating the other competitors. So glad I was recommended to go here.
Great service and very friendly. Fair prices and always good advice. Had them look at some tires a year ago which I thought needed replacing but they advised it was still good for some more miles. Have bought four sets in the past years and always impressed with their service. Great advice and won’t be going anywhere else. Cheers guys.

I've already recommended this place to family and friends, I don't know or care what their prices are (I'm sure it's reasonable) because their service makes it 100% worth it. Will definitely be back again! Customer service was excellent and efficient and work was done immediately. I had already been to a few Tyre Services in Rotorua and found Tyre Works Mega to be the best and affordable. I was recommended by a friend who had nothing but great things to say about this place. Pono's service was friendly and fun. She checked the pressure in all tyres, even tho i only bought two. She shared knowledge on what the air pressure should be, and when i expressed concerns for my car, she shared that getting a wheel alignment would be a safe and great idea. She shared the importance of keeping an eye on your vehicle tyres and insuring my car is always road safety. I was happy with the price of the tyres and loved that they had laybuy and afterpay on offer for payment. Very happy with my service from Rotorua Tyre Works xx
