Lovely vet and staff. Have had my two cats treated very well, explained everything to me concisely. Wonderful when I had to get one of my cats put down, made the process of making the decision easier and treated both of us very kindly. No complaints at all.

Unfortunately, there is a very rude uncaring woman on reception(not Rachel she is great) Her lack of empathy and willingness to assist is why I take all my animals to Central City Vets... I gave the same information to the receptionist there and she instantly found a way to make it work and in a polite friendly manner. I have previously had good experiences with Rachel on reception at vetplus, and the vets did their job. The same receptionists I dealt with on my last two encounters is the only reason i wont return again.
We switched to VetPlus initially because of the lovely manner of the ladies on reception, and its handy location. Our previous Vets receptionist seemed always grumpy and not helpful. Ive been to VetPlus 3 times so far.. Looovely caring friendly and helpful ladies on reception every time. And the Vet we saw was very thorough!! he spent quite a while checking our dogs eyes for different causes of a very irritated and red eye.. we appreciated it so much. And he gave her a decent sized liver treat too. 10/10 VetPlus for a friendly caring and dedicated team!!
This vets was all about taking money than fixing the problem , masking the situation is their way of doing things , I was not impressed would never recommend this vets

After going through 4 different vets in Rotorua I can safely say this guys are the most professional. Absolutely recommended!
Very happy with the care my older dog received. Staff caring and very patient with an anxious very sore pooch. Never felt rushed at the appointments and vets explained all probabilities and options clearly. Would recommend these guys. Paula and Rachel on the front desk cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Thanks guys
