Just got the worse service ever there. It started off good then the guy who was doing my printing left to serve someone else before my things were even printed then the girl who took over had no idea what she was doing and just kept complaining shed only had two hours sleep.

Absolutely horrible service. The most u helpful and sarcastic staff. The elderly lady at the till needs to go for customer service professional development or leave! Thank goodness I don't have require this service again. The gentleman who actually does the photocopies was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever come across... Pity he has to work with such saur people.

Need more people here. Been waiting for over 20mins. I left my binding and he said come back in 10 mins, been waiting to be served for 20mins. They need more staff as there are 6 people behind.

Had wrost experienced ever. Some staff has no knowledge how to photocopy so all customer has to wait for long time in a queue while 1 staff handling photocopy n all. There were 2 staff standing beside counter and doing nothing.

How useless is the staff? Got there, spoke to the girl at the counter. Told her i need a hard copy passport photo of my baby (pointed at my baby in the pram). She had to ask another colleague who had to ask another colleague who made a phonecall after which she told us “the guy who takes pictures” is on his break and will be back in 10 minutes. After 15 mins we noticed the only male staff in the store is serving people who came after us. Ok well, we can wait. Only if it wasnt another 25 minutes of that useless guy trying to help those two poor people who only wanted to print something they sent on his email. After this time i lost my patience and went to ask him if he is the guy taking pictures of babies just to be rudely told that he doesnt do babies?! What a waste of our time!!!! The staff is absolutely useless, every single one that we talked to! Ridiculous, get some training!
