We truly loved this tour!!!! Staff were amazing and turned out to be one of our favorite things we did together as a family. Lots of laughter along the way but at the same time very professional!!!!! Everything you need is included so no need to take anything but a towel along....be prepared to get wet!!! A few came off the raft behind us and our guide was amazing ensuring everyone was safe and attended to!!!! Super great team

Awesome company! The best guides, the best knowledge and skills. I recommend that this is the company to use in Rotorua, without hesitation. Quick and efficient responses but groups are moderate sized and intimate, you dont feel like you are part of a conveyor belt, as we noticed with some of the others, instead treated as an individual ! Highly recommend Pete and his crew.
They don’t answer the phone, and after the 4th time I gave up. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but they haven’t even responded to my emails. This was a disaster, just use any of the other companies that offer the same white water rafting trip. You truly get what you pay for. 100% not worth the headache.
Very poor customer service and response. Struggling to rebook due to covid, so I've paid again to another operator. Just seems a little like they dont care as they are shutting down soon. Very disappointing.
I would not use this company again. I don’t know if it’s just me or if they are rude to everyone. There are a bunch of other white water rafting options in the area. I wish I listened to my hostel when they told me not to book with them. The river was Beautiful but I would only use this company again as an absolute last option. Real tourist trap.
Shout out to Pete, Mikey, Hannah and Andrew for the awesome experience!Had the most epic adventure out on a world class rivers. We had so much fun on the Kaituna trip, we had to book in another on the Wairoa. Such a blast, thanks heaps Wet 'n' Wild!!!
