Dont get Signature Home's to build your house unless to want to pay too much. I got 5 builders to quote my house build, Signature homes after 2 meetings and being supllied with detailed designs had 5 weeks to estimate the build, they were 30% higher from next nearest quote and their estimate method was extremely crude using a m2 rate only of similar builds - I was very dissapointed and shocked.

built with signature homes all good apart from ceiling was damaged by kitchen installer they tried to repaint but it still show they said they come fix after a year when the do remedial work other thing was got lots of cracks in drive they said nothing they can do about it but been down street and not one other driveway got cracks in
Built one house through them, now just signing for a 2nd. Big mistake. Wouldn't use them again.
