Perfect place. We had a great time in our cozy cabin. The staff are always welcoming us with smiles and they are very friendly. The swimming pool is also very good for children to play. There was also a play ground, so children enjoyed it. The town and the beach are also very close, making it the perfect place. I will be here next time Russell comes. Thanks Russell Orongo bay holiday park.

They need to sort out their gate for faster access and exit. But other then that they have fantastic facilities and the cabin we rented was awesome.

Top quality, good prices and clean but strangely no milk with the tea and coffee supplied and the store sold all types of soft drink but no milk, remember to bring your milk if you like it or there is a 5k drive to town

Lodges facing east were very warm at night which made sleeping difficult. Needs at least a fan. Not sure how clean swimming pool water was. The drinking water had a metal taste last 3 days of stay.

Our Playcentre absolutely loved our stay at Russell-Orongo Bay Holiday Park! The facilities and activities were perfect for our group of families, there was so much for our kids to do and so many ways for them to connect with nature. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for our kids (and the adults too!). Thank you too for helping us to all find the right accommodation to suit our different needs and for tailoring an activity programme perfect for us. We hope to make this an annual trip!

Not worth staying in the cabins. We should have camped instead. But great forest walk to look for Kiwi at night and we could hear them calling. Friendly staff.
