We visited twice in a week for the book sale! So worth a trip or two for the amount of books we obtained. We spent as little as two dollars for some books that would have costed 15 dollars in the normal days. Some even 50 cent or a dollar. Staffs are super helpful. Highly recommended for households with bookworms.

Lucky's bookshop is well worth a visit if you are in the area. Lots of kids and teenage books to choose from, and at great prices.

Fantastic sale! Wide range of books and kits for all ages from babies through to young adults. Lovely staff who are happy to help and give advice. Looking forward to the next one!

Really really bad experience. Went to the warehouse for a quick look to see what stuff you got and wanted to buy something for the kids. But you guys didn't let me in at 2:55pm. You had got 5 minutes left to let the customers in. But that's really sad that you don't want to serve your customers. If I would have been there at 3 or after that I would have not asked to get in . "Books & Gifts Direct Outlet Shop is any-day better than you in customer service.

Went to the book fair that they had. I was a little disappointed. As it seemed that they only had a lot of copies of one or two books for the event. But it was very well organized
