Great customer service experience, thoroughly friendly and helpful staff members. Fast turnaround for phone orders, I placed an order over the phone and the AUD I requested arrived within a week. Plus there are no added-on-top extra fees or commission for exchanging money, unlike the banks or at Bureau-De-Change at the Christchurch Airport. Highly recommend it!
