Updated revew (Feb 2021): My last review was over 4 years ago and since then there seems to have been a change of ownership, so I'm updating from my previous review. The last few experiences of BedsRUs Silverdale for us has been stellar. Great staff, good people, honest advice. When I last went in I was having challenges with headaches and the lady who helped me took the time to 1) gather some options based on my situation, 2) look at my spine alignment on the bed that was most like my one at home and 3) recommend a pillow. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Clearly, they no longer use the tactics they used back in 2017 when I initially reviewed them. I would highly recommend them now. Original review (Sometime in 2017): Products are fine, but didn't find the service that great. Kind if felt like they used old school selling tactics that push people like me away. I prefer a knowledgeable person who can help direct me to what I need/want rather than the old school way of pushing things on people.
