The diagnosis of a shorting pump was not made, even after three inspections. Trying to get a correct diagnosis cost me 700 with a series of tradesmen, who finally identified the fault in the pump. When the problem became severe with an alarm ringing constantly no one came to fix the problem for three days, after which I had to employ someone else.
