H1 has an awesome family environment but they also push you to get better at all levels. The gym is always clean and equipment is top quality. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get fitter and stronger.

Amazing CrossFit community! The coaches are very professional and cater all workouts to suits everyone’s needs. Everyone is extremely supportive who push each other to be better every day. I always look forward to every session!!
A really neat box (gym). I came into it as green as could be, with next to no fitness and no knowledge at all of crossfit . The atmosphere and community along with the vast knowledge and support by staff has me addicted. Literally teach you all the movements and a range of competencies meant I started from the bottom and moving my way up. H1CROSSFIT is the best crossfit gym on the Hibiscus Coast for sure.
