Definitely would not recommend. Serious misdiagnoses due to lack of care and not doing a very simple and cheap test. I would not take my worst enemy here. Shocking. I would give zero stars if I could.

Despite the many negative reviews, my experience was very different and 100% positive - I got an appointment within 2 hours, had no time to wait and the doctor who treated me was professional, caring and super-friendly. From the first phone contact on, the everybody was extremely nice and welcoming. As though the prices are a bit higher, I’m willing to pay good money for my health-care. I was positively surprised that they told me the price for a one-time-visit (as a foreign tourist) at the phone, so I was already informed beforehand and could choose another medical center if I want. But I’m happy that I chooses the Silverdale Medical and I can recommend it! Thanks to the whole team!
An outstanding medical centre. Our family of five have had nothing but the highest levels of professional care. They will go the extra mile for you, whether it be something routine or an anaphylactic situation... We can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re a wonderful team!
I would advise going any but there for any medical needs. They charge more than anywhere else. I went there today and was charged before being seen by anyone then told would be seen within an hour.,two an a half hours later I requested a refund then went to red beach Centre and was in and out after seeing a doctor within 15 minutes. The staff there are not helpful or pleasant. Wish I had read the reviews before I went there I can see why they have so many bad reviews
Very shocked at the level of care at this medical center and the lack of enthusiasm, professionalism and attitude towards a person and during lock down you get treated like you have the disease, i get that everyone is scared but don't treat people like you wouldn't want to be treated just not humane, what happened to be kind help one another i guess that's just for fairy tales... time to look for another Medical Practice...
This is a brilliant medical practice, during the last 2 years I have had several severe medical conditions which as meant I have had to visit the practice several times, each time I have been treated with so much dignity and respect and had everything explained in a way I could understand, even just calling in and having things explained to me ( which I didn't understand from the hospital). Would recommend these doctors.
What a awesome nurse we dealt with at silverdale medical, really has a passion for what she does, thank you Justine for being so helpful and showing compassion, we need more people like you! Wishing you and your family a Very Merry Christmas!
In the last 5 years going to Silverdale Medical has been such a positive experience. Special thanks to Dr David Hassan for literally saving my life on 2 occasions. Staff are also really friendly and helpful.
