My family and I wanted to have lunch at Tank silverdale today. When my partner ordered a medium mango zest, mini strawberry fields and a tank Caesar salad. I noticed there was a combo option. The employee overcharged us and didn’t even mention about the combo deal. This is terrible customer service and the employee stated that: “head office don’t allow us to promote deals and to have it automatically change the price in the system”. After a heated discussion the employee kindly refunded us the difference. I thought this feedback would be valuable as the complete disregard for customer trust and satisfaction. Also misleading customers about the best price for the consumer. Don’t rip customers off right in front of there faces and then have an argument which then leads to a refund. Should be a quick apology and refund.

My orders are great and delicious as expected from Tank but the service here the few times I’ve been had been notably dull. They don’t greet or thank or wish any farewell. It’s just a bit sad in there... otherwise it’s clean tidy and they make good food (ps. music could do with a review, it may be the reason the staff aren’t happy lol).

I never usually leave reviews but this was quite possibly the worst salad I've ever had. Mesculin with stale bread and little burnt stuff I felt like I could've broken a tooth eating. Smoothie was good but ended up throwing half the salad away. 14 wasted. Not impressed.
