Booked to see Amy who I love. Then got bumped off onto someone else who coloured my hair and basically all over my forehead she was super messy. When asked she said no drama it will easily come off after which it didnt. She offered to blow wave but at this time I was super annoyed left with wet hair and was still charged full price. Total disaster had to get home and try remove the colour stain on my face and ears myself. Very disappointing indeed.

Left totally disappointed- extra charges were added for extra product that was apparently needed (I don’t have thick hair at all),I leave with wet hair, new client deal include blow dry which I don’t do and I got charged extra on top of that.....and ya a face full of dye- very sloppy..ummmm naaaa caught once but not again
