This team is so efficient and amazing everytime. Very skeptical to begin with because they weren't one of the 'big wigs' however I have been ordering my products from them for the past 2 years and my package arrives within days, if not the very next day. Much more affordable than our local chemist and add a free gift unexpectedly now and again :)

After ordering products from NZ Health Store and receiving no confirmation of them being sent after 3 working days, I contacted them to find out why, only to be told that the items were out of stock at the time of order - although this was not noted on their website. Therefore it was my reasonable expectation that these items should have been shipped the first working day after the order, but instead they arrived later than expected, and after we had left for holiday, and were then stolen from our mailbox. While the latter isn’t this companies doing, their lack of transparency around the products they have and don’t have in stock, and their lack of communication about this was extremely disappointing – as was spending 80 and receiving nothing. Had I known they weren’t in stock, I would never have placed the order.
Order still hasn't come it's been a week I email them and no reply I call during hours they say there open and no answer do not trust them
