Absolutely disgusting customer service, save yourself the incorrect late fees and flakey support team. Direct debits don’t execute on time resulting in late fees. Near impossible to get hold of the team. Broken website when trying to pay bill manually. An associate wanted to pay the fee to conclude their membership and for the last week the call has just gone straight to answer phone. Ignored emails about cancellation HOWEVER when I email enquiring about pricing I get responded to within an hour of opening times. Toxic lock in contracts, terrible customer service. Would rate 0 stars. Most of these reviews are fabricated on google as the google accounts seem to have the same password upon investigation ️ Save yourself the drama and go elsewhere.

This club has come a long way, and for the better. Very welcoming environment. Staff and members are all interactive which is motivating and helpful if you get stuck. Super Clean and Tidy too! Thanks for all the help team
