Great food and customer service. We arrived as they opened so couldn't order anything on the menu, but was able to order a cafe pie and salad instead to satisfy the hungry puku.

Went there for lunch. Just had a bacon, cheese, onion toastie. Not big selection from the cabinet. Was clean. They also had kitchen food on the menu. Outdoor seating

Always happy, always friendly witha great choice of music in the background they know what I like to drink and they make it very well. I highly recommend coming to this place anytime you’re in the neighborhood or even if you not go out of your way to make the journey - you’ll be well stoked! ️

Called in for a light lunch. The chowder we both chose turned out almost finished and therefore only one available. The position was nicely explained by the young woman and I chose again. Both chowder and quiche were excellent as was the coffee. The shop was deservedly busy - obviously well known in the local area.
