It's been over 24 hours and one phone call already to ask for a quote of a custom cake. All I have found out in that time is that the bakers STILL have not have had time to even look at the email to provide a quote which I'm sure wouldnt be more than 5 minutes. The Manukau branch, even though they are being closed for renovation were much more helpful. Won't be wasting my time next time.

Won't bother with this store again asked for half and half. Was presented with no decorations on top what do ever. Had to ask for some and was made to feel I was complaining and given fed up looks by shop assistant. Made complaint to owner was again made to feel like I was in the wrong. Very unprofessional.

This place good as always we get our favourite cakes the people are soo nice here They don’t charge extra if you just ask them to write messages on the cake as shown on pink cake Also the the person at the store recommended these little baby shoes and and baby bottle soo nice of her and the great thing she decorated this and didn’t charge extra I loved this time of customer services..... Please keep doing what you do dear Great job Great customer r service....
