Staff so helpful. Wanted new coffee machine. Even made me drink in store. Purchased model I was keen on as they answered all my questions and showed me alternatives as well. No sales pressure just great help.
Was surprised with the customer service in the computer area. Took me a long time to find an employee, and when I did they were just sitting there on their phones. Once I did manage get someone to help me, they didn't actually know their products will at all. So disappointing, as I remember this being a good place when I used to live here a few years ago.
Service here can be sporadic.

Painful warranty and returns process. Staff aren’t overly helpful and don’t seem to look out for the best interests of the customer when resolving issues. In comparison to this the staff at the Moorehouse branch have always been amazing.
