Staff were fantastic. Amazing customer service, knew the products well. Went in with a broken sunglasses frame and got all the options presented from just a frame through to the custom sunglasses. Not a problem going through all the options. If it wasn't for the team is have walked out with something off the shelf, but got a mix and match for similar price.Highly recommended.

For any reason my Oakley sunglasses lost one of those little items who protect the nose. I asked for this very usual small part , but they said they don’t have it..... maybe in a MONTH. Then the guy turned around to his colleague and no more help was provided. Sorry. Can’t be true in a official Oakley shop or the shop is badly managed. Seemed we didn’t offer enough profit.
