I recently moved to Hamilton, and needed some pieces of decor to finish off my new home. Spotlight was the only store that supplied what I needed, at affordable prices, and of good quality. They look so attractive, and suit my little house perfectly. I have since purchased a few more 'goodies' from them. Thank you so much Spotlight!

Huge store for all sorts of things, from fixing a hole in the shirt up to organizing a party. It sells a variety of sewing machines, cloths and the like. Customer service is decent and nice. It has plenty of parking space. Not too many toys though, so kids may be a bit disappointed.

Spotlight Hamilton is the worst store in the country. Their staff are rude, incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Wait time is ridiculous with staff members standing around doing nothing. They made my wife cry because they were so rude! This is the second time she has taken her over locker in for repairs that weren't fixed the first time, and yet they won't give her a refund or replacement. I can't go any lower than 1 star. Highly DO NOT recommend going to this store!

Always have a fantastic range of everything from baking to curtains to craft. Staff are usually very knowledgeable and helpful but the fat I went the last on the counter definitely did not want to be there! Not helpful in the slightest! Would have been a higher rating except for her

This store has a great range of craft supplies. However I always struggle to find help when I need it. Checking out is very slow, and the staff seem like they are struggling with outdated systems.
