They never answer their phones, return your voicemail calls or reply to emails. They used to be better but they've gone massively downhill. Definitely worth going elsewhere.

I'm really disappointed about the service. I'm still waiting them to submit my husband's medical report to immigration. We had to go there twice and do two blood tests. I don't know what has happened to the previous staff. They were really nice and responsible. That is why we went there for the second time. But the place is completely a mess now. I feel they intentionally do not pick calls or reply for emails. I do not recommend anyone to go there for anything.

I wish I could say good things about this medical centre. It is one of the cheapest, and far from the best. You get what you paid for. Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous comments about the quality of this. No phone call picked up, no replies to anyone, high turnover of professionals and the list just goes on. Doctor Raj, though, tried to rush some procedures and help some patients, but he is the minority. I went there on the 5/02/21 and they just submitted today (25/02/21) my emedicals. My younger son's application is still pending his medicals, done in the same day as mine. Really Dr. Andrew, if you are reading this (he is the owner of this place), you still have time to make things right.

I'm not one to complain but I felt I have to in this case. I have been waiting to hear the results of my blood test which was 6 weeks ago now. I have tried to contact daily and left many voicemails for a call back but have not received even one. I have also sent two emails to the nurse there, again I have not heard anything. My Wife booked us both in for a GP appointment, that also never happened - she has also called at least 10 times .... Very sad, I hope things get better. You are losing many valued customers.

Poor service. This place does not exist. No one picks up the calls anymore and no emails either. I think they have lost it completely. They need a check up themselves.

They do make you feel that they really care about their patients health and safety. The front desk staff, especially Sara is very helpful and friendly which makes my visits less stressful. My GP is Dr. Prasad and he's very kind and thoughtful in the way of giving care to his patients. I always feel like I'm in the right place to get medical care. They do everything possible to help you. Highly recommended!

I've been doing my emedicals for a while with Symonds Street but last 2 were just a nightmare... It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them! Neither over email nor phone. I have been trying to call them for 3 days now and seems like the phone is just off! However, while waiting for my tests, I've been able to observe and can say that Front desk can still find time to chat to each other. Honesty, it feels like a miracle whenever someone picks up,even Imigration is better at this.

Was my local doctor for about 2 years before they changed management. Now everyone is new and no one answers your calls. You could call them at different times during the day and they will never answer. Not worth it.
