Best pies in Tairua. Made locally and fresh every day. Great selection of filled rolls and sandwiches. They also make rice paper rolls for those wanting to avoid too much bread.

Bought a mince & cheese, steak & cheese pie- 3.80 each. Couldn’t finish either of them. Full of jelly and low grade meat.
Lovely food and beverages are beautiful, and that's every visit on the way over the hills either way if possible.
Great mince and cheese pies , and egg sandwiches - sandwich could have more filling though but tastes really good and always fresh bread . The man (owner) there usually gives a great sized scoop ice cream -4 double scoop thats a decent proper 2-scoop so we stop in here whenever we travel by (and ask for the male to make our ice creams )
Homemade pie apple pie
This bakery was busy when we visited. I got the that just was looking for good coffee. I believe there was a desk and bench for dine.
