I come here often and have been here many times for years. For the last 2 months I have had the worst service every time I come in!! Bring back the old girls who had great customer service and tended to customers straight away!! Shocking if you ask me!! Manager needs to have better systems for staff.

Fast and friendly service. I have never been to Tank before, so I asked the girl (Lauren , I think her name was) for recommendations. She was very helpful and explained the differences in the smoothies and juices for me. I finally decided on the All berry tank. It was Delicious. I recommend it to my family, so they went down that day and purchased 3 other ones to try. Fantastic service, I highly recommend you give it a try.

I usually get good service here and love the food and smoothies however one time I ordered online for a specific time on way to work. I always love the egg as apart of my caesar but when I got there she informed me that they had run out of eggs. I asked if she had added something extra like chicken she replied that she could for me now but I had no time to wait. So what is possible to happen in the future for instances like this because I feel a bit short changed not having my egg. Maybe could design a small sachet that could pass on or something

WORST SERVICE! The two ladies on the counter today had no idea what they were doing. Every order seemed to be incorrect. After 45 minutes I received my wrap which was only half filled.. After asking for a refund they started talking in another language in front of me before even acknowledging my request.

On the way home from the pool in Papakura decided to stop at Tank to get our normal treat...all the other tones we picked up Thai Chicken salad n smoothies its always been very nice...today I decided to get a combo Thai Chicken Salad with a Tank Mango smoothie for one.. The staff serving at the counter was very nice but the staff doing the smoothies didn't look like she wanted to be at work... the smoothie wasn't cold at all... and then I got home to have my salad the chicken was mushy... tasted off...that gave me a very bad upset tummy and it didn't go well at all. Took some Eno to cure the tummy ache and rested for 5hrs recovery. I couldn't go all the way from Manukau to Takanini to return it... plus the green salad some leaves was yellow... that wasn't a good... I paid real money and not fake to get some healthy meal and to be served not what to be expected. I tried contacting the branch it keeps going on answer phone since 5pm for half an hour to make a complaint but couldn't get through. Please fix yr line and would like to know What can you do in this case?

Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you want to spend half hour for you smoothie. Very unfriendly lady at checkout. She was even rude with the staff working at the back.

Brought a Thai beef salad, tasted plain as with no meat. Kept eating cause I was hungry and when I got to the bottom the meat was in one ugly clump stuck together

Ordered a beef salad. Requested numerous times for additional dressing. Left the store to find zero dressing altogether. I'm a local and the service has become terrible over the last few months. What is going on Tank?
