Highly recommended. Amazing service. Don did an incredible job on my hair. I went to a hair consultation at other salons before deciding where to do my hair extensions and after going to Vivo and speaking with Don I was sure that it was there that I wanted to do. I could see that he is passionate about what he does and he knows what he is talking about. The results were beyond my expectations. Don is a very talented stylist, best hair hair designer that I have ever had.

Booked for 2pm, but got to the seat onmy at 2.40pm. Wasn't offered any water or even an apologies to say the least. The lady asked me to go get my coffee as it would take 15mins for my appointment. I was okay, I can understand its rush period. Ended up being way too long. And the worst part is my haircut was very shabby, the wash before the haircut was even worse, she didn't even shampoo the back side. Literally takes 30mins for the entire service while the wait was for 40mins and paid 95, not worth it at all. Don't know why there's so much hype for VIVO. Don't recommend at all.

Very thankful as the staff took me in even though a late by 15 mins. However, not happy with the results as i felt the staff didn't quite listen to what i wanted and did a balayage on my hair which doesn't seem to look nice. Bought a voucher through grab one for 149, and informed them before coming in, but i was told i will be charge around 20 more for the toner, I ended up paying 60 for the balyage that i did even want in the first place. Staff was really sweet but i wish she listened to what i wanted and only did what was included in the voucher .

Best hair salon I have been to in years. Got exactly what I wanted. They go through everything before you start. So you won't get anything you don't ask for. Best customer service. Very nice staff. Definitely going back.
