We had our wedding at The Waters on the 12th of December. Everything was perfect. The hosts Elena and Francesco went out of their way to make our day super special. The place is truly magnificent and magical and so relaxing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommend this beautiful property

My husband and I are currently staying at The Waters. Our hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived home from dinner at Mapua to lovely fresh towels in our bathroom, the rubbish disposed of and our lovelly breakfast awaiting in the fridge for the morning. Would certainly recommend as a must do if you are travelling through to Abel Tasman.
We booked for the one night's stay at relatively short notice. The two Italian hosts are the nicest and most accomodating people you could meet. Really made the stay very special. The Italian dinner they cooked was really FANTASTIC. Can't fault the location and accommodation - everything perfecto! Thanks, guys for being so amazing in this wonderful bit of paradise. You made two people very very happy. We'll be back!! R and M
I am writing this review while staying at The Waters. What can I say, we love it. The property is really private, beautiful and located directly above the beach on the Kina Pensinsula. The perfect place to start a long walk on the beach or simply lounge in the sun all day. The studios are large and airy and clean. Claire is an awesome host, superfriendly and accommodating, but very much unintrusive. And she prepares a hell of a breakfast that is best enjoyed in the sun on the portico. I could probably write more, but you should be sold by now, so I won't. Lots of value for money.
The Waters is impeccably maintained and operated. The hosts are warm and very helpful. We loved the resident greeting dog, an Italian spinone named Zeta. This is a 5-star accommodation with wonderful amenities and spectacular views no matter where you turn. We were delighted by the continental breakfast which includes homemade yogurt and jams.
Beautiful accommodation. Great views of the sea at the front, and private balcony overlooking a pond at the back.
One of he best experiences in hotels ever. The view out of the hotel room is a dream. Very kind hosts.
