Very popular takeaway. We're passing through and took our order 15 minute drive to our motel at Owhango. Still piping hot. Gotta love the chips! mmm

Best in town. The 3 ladies that run this place do a super great service for hungry locals and travelers. Expect lots of people there during public holidays (because this is the BEST take away in town)

Got a No. 2 meal for takeaway to eat on the drive back to Auckland. It was about a 20 minute wait since they were quite busy. they do quite a lot of different foods like pizza, chicken and burgers, but I just stuck with traditional fish and chips. I quite like their batter since it was really crispy, it did hold a lot of oil and my mouth had a greasy feeling after drinking water. The fish and chips were nicely cooked. I wasn't a fan of the sausage. It was a really decent meal, all for 10.

Great little take away place in Taumaranui, great service from two very lovely ladies. The food was well priced and cooked to perfection. Definitely go there again next time I'm in town.

Stopped in late just before closing on a Thursday night and was still busy. Wonderful staff and great food! Will be our regular stop when passing through Taumaranui!

Have stopped here several times when passing through Taumarunui and will stop again! The kai is great! Friendly staff and their fish, chips (fries) & fritters are superb. Sometimes there is a selection of fresh seafood add well.
