A fabulous pool complex for exercising and relaxing. Enjoyed the variety of pools and temperatures. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Gerry the lifeguard. He was most enthusiastic and a great ambassador for the AC Baths and Taupo. So happy we tried this Taupo gem.

Discovered this gem yesterday and loved it so much I went back again today with the family. Reasonable prices, 7 extra to ride both of their hydro slides. Front staff are excellent and plenty of friendly alert lifeguards on patrol. The private spas/pools are temporarily closed but plenty of fun to be had outside (water temperature is lovely). The water quality is superb and after both visits I felt truly rejuvenated. Awesome establishment with lots of history on show. Open til 9pm.

Very spacious area and pools to suit many. Kids had a great time but the only disappointment was that there aren't any shelters from the cold wind for the kids when they get out but other than that it was awesome.

Very clean facilities. Staff where around to make sure all was safe in the waters. Weather not too great but the shelter helped alot. Prices where great too. from us

Pools were nice and warm.Was a clean and tidy place.Has bbq areas you can book.Had lunch here the food was lovely in there little Cafe.Just one note must wear swim wear no singlets or under garments.to buy togs for an adult here was 90 to 125.
