Beautiful place, nice walk to and from the falls with a place to get drinks, snacks and ice cream.

Excellent viewing spot by the road side. There is a path to go down and get closer to the falls but we didn't have a chance to do so as our little boy vomitted and we had to go back to the hotel to change him. That walk is only 15min long.

Awesome water fall and great view. Really worth a visit. Watch the car park as it fills up quickly. Also the gates close at 6.30pm. Some lovely walking tracks there as well, one which works its way to spa park where the natural hot springs are so bring your togs.

A nice place to look at the majestic of the Huka Falls. It's not so close to the falls itself, so you can see how the fall fits into its surrounding. At the very far end, you can see part of The Huka Lodge. There's also a few trek along the river towards another lookout, as well as towards the fall. Just be aware that the parking space is very limited.

15 minutes walk to the lookout. Feel proud when reaching the spot. Take a nice shot of Huka Falls. You can hear the tides and feel their power. When sun is shining, the water turns more and more blue and it's amazing!

Powerful falls, great view, wonderful experience! Huka Falls is one of the must see place in Taupo. You could easily see the power and the beauty of the natural. We did the trail and bridge, the view from both sides is wonderful. I would highly recommend the bridge side, since the trail (15 mins long) could be a bit challenging for some people! Anyway, a must see place for everyone!
