Excellent service and obliging staff, I only needed a small part for my lawnmower. They helped diagnose the problem, cleaned my carburetor with compressed air and sold me the part I needed.
Unfortunately, apart from my first few experiences here, the service and staff attitude has been very, very poor. Topped off today after the new mower I purchased broke same day. The young staff member was very rude and totally lacking in customer service and treated me with no respect. Not using them again, never, and Lawn Mower City Taupo, get rid of those filthy pictures of half naked women all over your worksop walls... Disgusting!
