Parkview Taupo

Went in today to get a couple of things and a lovely salesperson called Deanna served us. What a pleasure it was to deal with her - polite, helpful, easy to get along with. She made our purchases stress free and we were done and out the store in no time at all. It was nearly the end of the day and she was still making people feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. A great experience and we will definitely be back. Five stars!

This is the only Noel Leeming store in Taupo and has great shopping experience as rest of the store nation wide. The staff is friendly and helpful and has all the electronic gadgets, accessories and household items you need. We stopped here on Boxing day and it was really good experience. We were in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. We got we wanted and it was done so fast.

We were there for a good amount of time and no one seemed interested to help us. I really wanted to buy an iPhone 12 and I pointedly was there trying to make eye contact with the customer service people but nope got totally ignored. I’m not the only review that said the same thing unfortunately.

Great experience at Noel Leemings today, was served by the beautiful Ashley and she was able to quickly get what I needed and also ordered a phone in from Greymouth which I will pick up on Monday or Tuesday. Thank you for your amazing staff!

Bought a new TV within 2 weeks it stops working, diagnostics list fault as a cable. In the last two years we have spent 15k with this store, we live well out of taupo and this store won't give us a replacement cable to try. If you want some good advice, find another store, we won't be ever spending another cent with Noel Leaming.
