This is best place of entertainment and for natural spa. They got nice dress changing place here. Lots car parking near the Spa Park Thermal Pools. I like the river water also. Though it’s cool. I love this place.
Beautiful place, but had to tell a guy to put his dam dog on a leash.
Lake taupo for a swim across rd to Tongariro park! Climb the mast! Swing high, A game of chess all at this park Yeh!
Don’t get me wrong, there was some hot water. It was marked as “scolding hot water” not as an attraction and it was sat amongst rocks so you couldn’t do much to create a little pool to get in or anything. I only noticed it when some kids were digging around in it. It was also a bit on the windy/chilly side so all in all I didn’t get particularly involved.
Great place to relax and swim, could be better if there was bbqs and table & chairs
