The BEST Customer service I have ever encountered and an after sales service that does not generally exist these days . Thanks heaps Sean for the solution you found for us. November 2020 Used Sean again after the amazing service he provided with my washing machine and dryer solution, bought a range hood and gas hob, as previously great service found me a good deal and referred me to two experts in their field to fit both. I will go there when in need of any appliance in the future.

Worst customer service I've experienced. Our dishwasher failed on Tuesday so went here, picked out the one we wanted and explained our situation. They said it'll be delivered Thursday and if not they will collect it themselves from Auckland as they go there every Thursday. Friday came, had no dishwasher still, promise one broken. Then got promised it will be here following Tuesday, rung up Tuesday afternoon and got told it was in Tauranga and if it got delivered it will be delivered to us free of charge. Wednesday morning my partner rung up and got told it was still in Auckland, promise two broken and I got blatantly lied to. I knocked off work early to go get a refund before I had even received the product! Had every excuse under the sun whilst trying to talk over me and blaming the delivery people blah blah blah, the delivery people aren't the ones who made the promises to me, lied to me and they aren't the ones who I purchased the product off of, simple as that. Unless you want to be told what you want to hear and not the truth then don't shop here.

Absolutely shocking service from the owner. Ordered a part from a purchased Dishwasher that was out of warrantee - was told would be down from auckland in 2 days (paid for it up front) then to have lie after lie from then on. Guy couldn't have cared less about how long it took. Seems service is there as long as you spend the money and if the item is within warrantee period - after that - Good Luck!! also this store is no longer part of the Appliance Outlet franchise ....

Do not shop here if u want after sales service it is none existant .you will b lied to for months on end .This guy has just doesn't care and is nothing short of rude.
