Really Impressed with these guys. We bought a fridge and they were able to help with loading and loaning us a dolly. Jaimie and the team were polite, professional, never pushy and very accomodating. Steve spent a lot of time with us for our multi-appliance purchase, listening to us, explaining the relative advantages & disadvantages of each appliance, answering our many questions, making deals, and giving us confidence in his advice. We await his written quote and have not yet taken delivery, and so cannot yet give 5 stars so must settle for 4 at the moment.
Very poor delivery. We have built a kitchen around F&P appliances and it’s been 9 weeks now since we paid in full and are waiting for goods to arrive. And they cannot even offer an expected delivery date on the hob. Don’t buy F&P and don’t support Appliance Plus unless you’re prepared to be let badly down!
