A computer was left in the rental car. Trying to contact Avis to sort this has been impossible. I was put on hold for 18 minutes before being cut off. Still no computer, despite being able to give them the rego, date and time. Unbelieveably pathetic organisation
Very rude customer service
Warm and friendly welcome by the staff member, and great explanation of the hiring process. Even gave me some info about the area as a bonus. No problems, and unlike another Avis branch i've dealt with - I appreciated getting talked to, rather than talked at.
Poor experience, staff were not at all bad but after years of hiring Avis cars through work this was the first time I turned up and said that I could not use work insurance, I can't believe that previous staff at Avis had this wrong everytime unless a policy has since changed. I ended up paying more of the car than I should have but won't be using them again

They will charge you for any reasons without any explanation and will take months to refund you. Don't go there...... Not professional.
No airport or pier shuttle. Had a little issue of a mistaken fee upon return. Got it fixed without much hassle.
