The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was terrible when we gave them 1000 for a pram, and then even worse, when the pram didnt work as it should. For a company that should be supporting new parents they could not do a poorer job. If you're thinking about purchasing from them, look elsewhere, you'll get a much nicer experience somewhere else.

I bought a snuggle baby light online, as was told there was one in stock, after being told of issues of supply problems due with covid 19 we were happy to wait and understood supply and demand problems due to the pandemic. Since march this year till now in end of july for 3 months we have told numerous dates of weeks and days when this baby light to arrive only for it to find out after trying to call and emailing regularly to be told endless excuses why it hadn't arrived and while arrive down the line. In the process of having a baby this can cause considerable stress on a family trying set up house for baby. So we of course have asked for a refund and told yip no problem and sorry for our average customer service etc etc...... all good no worries!! Two weeks trying to sort that providing all necessary bank details etc and even visitin store in person to see the staff and trying to understand rationally why it is incredibly difficult to credit someone 70 when have provided 3 different ways to do that. Franky to be honest this is the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced.... avoiding calls, week long delays at some points in information and trouble answering back emails within a working week. one thing I dont understand is why every staff member you talk to said I can't process a 70 refund see the manager...... Its embarrassing I should even have to right this review. But more people need to be aware of this particular tauranga store with the avoidance and passive tactics of its operation. we got our refund in the end but was quite a mission! enough said Regards yet another unsatisfied customer. P.s Please don't respond with this with excuses about bad staff about communication problems, this is not the only review like this in a last few years. Enough said

I picked up a porter cot for my family coming all the way from Africa on a Friday afternoon. When they arrived on Saturday we couldn't open the bag it came in. Both sides to the zip were sewed shut with no zipper to open it. The only way would be to cut the material to get into the bag which I didn't want to do. I ended up having to go and buy a brand new cot from the warehouse. Baby on the Move will not refund me the money (80) for it even though I couldn't even use the item and returned it Monday. Just terrible.

I think a cardboard cutout of a shop assistant would be more helpful than the person working when my wife and I visited. Once the shop assistant eventually got off the phone and asked what we wanted, it was painfully awkward. If my wife and I hadn't previously researched what capsule we needed to hire, we wouldn't have given them our business. I feel bad for the owner.

Amazing service! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all that was required for my soon to be born twins. I went in to Baby on the Move and the girl was so lovely. Although I didn't purchase the car seats there, she spent ages fitting them perfectly for me. Removed all my stress. I will definitely return there if I need to purchase or hire anything in the future.

Second visit to this store, same awful customer service. First time I was told I should come back another time. Today, no welcome, no offer to find what I asked for or advice as to how I might get it. If you want help or advice on car seats or capsules, this is not the place to get it.
