Excellent customer service. Very kind and sympathetic to the loss of a beloved pet/family member. The person who they go through for the cremation is very respectful and does a beautiful job on the wooden box. The vets and front of house are approachable and have excellent products knowledge. They have a good selection of medicated and non medicated dry and wet food; rabbit hay etc. Highly recommend

Absolute money hungry,was a complete waste of money time and emotions.. wernt helpful at all.. just so negative and would not acknowledge my instincts, was all bout how much money they could claim.. so sad.. and then still had to re book for blood work scans...won't be going back
