I had a fantastic experience at this Jewelers. They reworked my mother's eternity ring as it was dated and needed repairing. When my husband gave it to me on Christmas day I sobbed my heart out. It is absolutely perfect and it surpassed all my expectations. It is so modern now and matches my other rings. I had such a lovely experience dealing with the owners too. They are now officially our new family jeweler. Highly recommend this business.

I asked Adrian to create a ring that would combine mine and my Mothers diamonds as they have a huge sentimental value to me. With my knuckles getting bigger with age I couldn't wear more than one at a time. We sat down and discussed the picture I had formed in my head, then went back for another appointment to see sketches that Adrian had created. Over the next 2 weeks I had phone calls keeping me up with the progress and then another appointment showing me it in its rough unfinished form. Adrian made a couple of suggestions that I embraced. At the end of that week I went in to see the finished ring and was absolutely blown away, it was even better than I had expected! I am absolutely thrilled and couldn't have asked for anything better. My partner went and saw Adrian and the team to design my engagement ring and it is amazing! He absolutely nailed the brief and the attention to detail is amazing. I also went with my partner to design my wedding band a few months later and the service was outstanding, dealing with Rosie and Adrian, they always made sure they were available and were happy to help. He sourced the stones and crafted a fantastic piece. The customer service and after sale care from the entire team is second to none. I visited Adrian and Helen to discuss what I could do with jewellery from my Mum who had recently passed away. I wanted to create something special for my daughters-in-law and granddaughters, something they would value and enjoy to wear.
