Worse would be impossible. Its the 4th Time that they don't pick my rubbish up. And also they refuse to refund me. No way I could reccomend them. Iam going report you to the consumer's protection
Bottom of barrel fell off during collection, leaving our waste piled on our drive. Poor driver was not impressed either. Said he has complained about this happening before but old bins have still not replaced. Husband went down to help him pick up all the rubbish and then we got on the phone - ended up cancelling with them after Boss told us they couldn’t even take the old broken bin away on the same day.
Best place to get skips and general waist bins. Cheapest by a mile and good service.
I have used Bin Boys during a property renovation and they have been an affordable , efficient no hassle answer for removal of material from the property that would have involved countless dump trips and tipping fees. The drivers were helpful and onto it, The point of contact phone lady has a wicked sense of humor and the hire process is easy as. .
I have used Bin Boys skips to collect residential greenwaste, garage scrap, general household refuse and small disused appliances etc in Tauranga for about 14 years. They provide a very good service at competitive rates for a wide range of bin sizes, of which I find the 4.5 cubic metre skip to be most suitable for combination waste. Delivery and collection was reliable. I recommend them in this review and will use their services again, in the future.
After realising I had ordered our skip a bit early for some renovation work, I phoned the company to see if I could extend the pickup by a few days. I spoke to Robin, who was very accommodating and gave us a few extra days at no further charge. Much appreciated and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others. Thanks
I have been dealing with Binboys for over 4years now. They are easy to deal with and nothing is ever a issue. The team is amazing and always cheerful. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting skips or residential rubbish service. May I also add that you get to speak with a Real person.
