Hands down the worst mechanic I've ever dealt with in my life, booked my SUV in for a few simple wof repairs, was initially quoted 200 - 300 to get the job done and a couple of days to do it, was given a curtesy car for the duration of the repairs, go to pick the curtesy car up with the fuel tank completely empty and fuel light on, I barely had enough fuel to get to my works site, I check back after the 2 days and I get excuse number 1, I check back on the 3rd day, still not done and I get excuse number 2, day number 4 rolls around, 4 whole days it took them to do a few wof repairs each time I called I get a new problem found and a new excuse, go to pick up vehicle, the final bill is 871.....WILL NEVER USE THIS MECHANIC EVER AGAIN!!!

My partner left the lights on in our van, when jump starting it she put the jumper leads on the wrong terminals, blowing a wire, a bloke called trevor replaced 1 part that was perfectly fine and sent my ECU away to get checked l, again perfectly fine. Total bill 1700 for a 200 dollar job.

Josh the amazing Michanic worked so incredibly hard all day on my car and did a full check and very thorough job! Staff are very welcoming and all around great customer service! Highly recommend this shop!
